vb forum database backup wooes with Hosting companies any help?
 

dear friends*
i am a new bie and excited to use vbulletn* as my forum* but when i enquire few hosting companies (mid size) in india* singapore.
about the backup of database for forums*
no one aggress to give...... SSH* telnet access to backup my forum database. they say only provide backup via phdadmin panel only...

one guy say takeplatinum dedicated then we shall try....

so any general guideline... and refrences of good hosting companies* who allow as for FTP/SSH backup of the dtabase to our

so give a general idea on what is best way of forum database backup... phpadmin or FTP/SSH
