Are "Contact Us" messages processed immediately or in batch mode?
 

I'm trying to find the source of the delay I'm currently experiencing.

I have one of my options in the Contact Us form going directly to an email address with an auto-responder in place. Sometimes it takes up to a half hour before the autoreply email is sent out out* which I find unacceptable.

Would this be a function of my host's mail server or a function within vbulletin that processes these emails in batch mode?

I need these to be sent out immediately. Any suggestions on how to ensure this?
