Installed Vbsuite but CMS failed
 

We installed vbsuite 4 beta 3 to test domain* but the cms failed to initialise / load * stating that it was already loaded.

But we cannot see in Admincp where to run it or do anything* and isnt displaying on forumhome.

Any suggestions* or is it a case of re upload everything again
