vBulletin 4.0 Forum Beta 3 is available to all vBulletin customers with currently active licenses. If you have an active vBulletin license* you can download your copy of Beta 3 from the vBulletin Members Area at http://members.vbulletin.com . Please note that your license will need to remain active in order to access future product updates.
