Join request problem
 

I have vb4 in a test environment and have added a group that requires a join request to become apart of it except i cant find where you change the group to be moderated.

I did this on my v3.8.4 forums but on v4 the test user can join the new group without moderation being in affect does anyone know how i change this ?
