Admin CP Proper Cache Management Tools
 

Since vBulletin provides multiple different types of Caching methods* it should also provide a central interface in the Admin CP where we can view and flush any cache generated by vBulletin.

Flushing the cache when you're using the Database or File based methods is easy* however it gets tougher once you move into using xCache and Memcached. There is no -real- way to just flush the cache and let it get refilled organically.
