I have tried to purchase the pre-release 4.0 tonight and have been unsuccesful. I used my credit card (debit) mastercard and was flagged. I then got out of the secure payment area* cleared the cookies on my machine (not know if that would make a difference) and retried the purchase with my wife's card (in her name/ mastercard debit). I was flagged that time also. The cards are fine and funds are sufficient. What could be happening?

It is a bummer cause I am trying to get in before the offer deadline tomarrow. I just seen the offer a day ago and worked with your demo. What can I do about this situation.

Additionally*
If I purchase the software* I need to already have a host picked out. Is that correct? I cannot start doing design work without it being posted. Is this correct?

A quick response would be cool. An extended offer due to these circumstances would be cool.
