URL "news for your information" in admin panel ?
 

What is the domain or url of the "for your information" messages in the admin-panel ?

My ISP blocks outgoing connections of the server unless they are whitelisted. My vbulletin board shows no admin news messages because the right ip-adress/url needs to be put in the whitelist for this.

Does anyone know the url for these messages ?
