CMS Error Create Section
 

Hello!!

I have installed vb4 =D but when I going to create a new Section(Add New Section) in Section Manager* I write the name of section* for example:
Enter a Section Title: M?sica
After Save and....::::

Then I return to section manager and vbulletin has created the section* but with the error that I have said before.
Is it a bug?
