Product/Plugin System HOOK REQUEST: new user is approved (admincp/user.php?do=domoderate)
 

It would be very helpful to have a hook that fires when a new user awaiting moderation is approved by an administrator. This would allow me to write a plugin to notify certain forum staff about the new member. There currently seems to be no way to do this* since the approval date is not stored in the DB* only the date the user originally registered.

I'd imagine this hook going into the "domoderate" bit of admincp/user.php* probably right after the welcome PM.
