Question about CMS Hi. I operate a private forum. Only member who are logged in can see the forum contents. I took advantage of the pre-sale and upgraded to the suite. I'm excited about the CMS. Here's my question. Can my forum and everything inside (social groups/albums/etc) be private while the CMS is public? I'd like to use the CMS to entice new members to join. I'm very unskilled in the way of all of this and I pretty much know only VERY BASIC information (like how to follow step-by-step instructions to actually modify anything)* but I would appreciate any help in this. Also* since I'll also be getting the "blog" feature* is there a way to be able to let my members decide if this is public or private? Maybe a member would like to have a blog that is for the public to see. Will there be a switch to turn this on or off? Lastly* I've been reading a lot about the widgets for the CMS. Is this something that my members will be able to customize for themselves* or do I just set it up and that's what they see? Thank you. |
