YouTube preloader !
 

There should be a PROGRESS LOADER indicating to the user that a video is in fact loading. The first time I clicked on the YouTube example page* (using Safari)* I just had a BLANK white space where the VIDEO and VIDEO RESPONSE is. I actually thought that it was a failed link or error. As I started reading the comments below - The videos popped up* (took a little bit of time). (I have a broadband connection). It definately would look much more professional and aviod misleading users to assume a failed link.
