Forums Subscript to threads in closed forums.

(I couldn't really find a proper prefix* so I hope this is right.)

When a thread is placed in a closed forum* you can't subscribe to it. However* you can subscribe to a thread that is closed.
I would like to be able to subscribe to a thread* regardless the forum status.

Why? Because threads can be moved overtime. Sometimes admins (/mods) place a thread in a closed forum* and move it later on. The same goes for a thread that's closed: now it's closed* but it could be opened again tomorrow.

The whole point of the e-mail system is to notify me when something happens to the thread I guess :).
