<div>I am just getting into all this and maybe trying to go too fast* but there are lots of things I don't understand about how phpwebsite works. Is there documentation out there that could help?

One of the questions I have is that I looked at the default themes and read how to modify them* but it seems that the theme.html* style.css* theme.tpl* and theme.ini all work together some how. If I change things on the theme.html and style.css* it does not always come out like I think it should.

Also* when I create pages and blocks and such* how do I define which they go in? Do I have to specify certain things in my style.css so that phpwebsite knows how to set them?

I guess just general confusion. Thanks in advance for the help.
