PHP Email settings
 

Greetings all*
Help! Emails are not reaching individuals for validation. I'm trying to use PHP email* I've tried SMTP* I ran the diagnostics on both and I keep getting error messages. vB says it a server problem* Yahoo says server is fine. Obviously a setting needs to be changed somewhere...but where. I'm stuck!
