Limiting the number of posts or threads that can be viewed
 

I have seen a vBulletin forum that would allow unregistered users to only view a certain number of posts in a thread.

I consider that and would like to have it so that premium users could access all posts in a thread* and standard or unregistered users could not see all posts in a thread.

Regarding the site I saw implementing this* would that have required a hack* or can this be done with 3.8.s?
