Time Will Not Display Correctly - Can't firgure it out
 

I'm not a newbie to vBulletin. Been running a vbulletin forum site for over a year. But I recently started a second site and bought and installed it on that site's server.

I have configured all the settings I can find and think of* but no matter what I do* the time displayed on the forum remains at GMT. I have confirmed with my web host that the server time is set correctly. I have made the Date and Time options set to the correct time. But no matter what I do* it displays as GMT. I am in the GMT-5 time zone and that is what I should be seeing.

Can anyone help me with this? I feel like I'm overlooking something simple and easy* but I'm banging my head against a wall here.

My other site does not have this problem* so I cannot figure it out. Help* please? Thanks.
