Restore via cPanel on new server
 

We had a server issue crop up on Monday and are now waiting for a new dedicated server to get set up to migrate the site to. I have complete backups created via cPanel from the old server stored on my notebook. Will I be able to upload the last backup I downloaded and restore our site to its former glory? I realize I may have to go in and massage a couple of entries in config.php* but aside from that* should I expect any other issues to crop up?
