SEO Permalink options?
 

Anyone know anything about the permalink options?

I see currently is just a nice readable query on the end of the php file e.g member.php?member=35343-HUNTER-UF* but what if I want a user profiles to be e.g. forum/HUNTER-UF can it be done? Same with forum names and then posts under them e.g. forum/forum-name/thread-name?
