New User needs a little help on avatars and site style
 

HI everybody! We are setting up our first bulletin board* so I'm sure this is the dumbest question. LOL. I've spent days reading the manual and am to the point of just asking* so here it goes......How do I change my board so that the person who is posting is listed to the side of their post and not the top? Also* I can't seem to get the ability to use avatars. I've been through the control panel and all of that is marked yes for use* but it wouldn't give me the option on my regular profile to put in an avatar. It was automatically selected as no avatar.
