HELP: Site moved to VPS and lot of issues
 

We used tmdhosting.com share hosting* I really like the share hosting but it randomly block member's IP address. According to them "the IP has 200+ active connections to the server and therefore caused an overload in one or another way" so the IP is automatic block from the server and site.

So they suggested me to move the site to VPS medium* which I did and the site was extremely slow* can't load or open the page.

My site is only 630 members* only 250 active* and average around 20-30 users on at a time.

So tmdhosting.com decided to optimized my site by doing a reverse proxy server* acting as a twice fast web server (its name is nginx)* to be installed on my VPS* as well as on a PHP caching and optimization scheme.

The process was good* the site speed pick up and no more issue with opening or loading the site. However we now have more issues.

The board is not reloading or loading like it should be.

This is from a member "now the problem im getting is when i post in a thread i have to refresh to see it???"

Almost if not all members are having the same issue* it wont reflesh or reload by itseft. We need to hit the reload/reflesh button to see new thread* new post or new reply.

For example: if I click on a thread X that contained reply from member A*B*C*D; it will take me to thread X* but only showing reply from member A*B*C then you need to hit the reload/reflesh button to see D.

This is for all of the threads/posts and the whole board.

Another issue* it wont log the member off* when click on log off....it will gives a 502 bad gate way with the host information on the bottom.
