I am interested in purchasing the vbulletin publishing suite 4.0. I have a couple of questions and hope that the pre-sales team can help:

1. I would like to build a complete cms based consistent looking "complete website" [web pages* forums etc]. Can "Vbulletin 4.0 publishing suite" help me accomplish this task?. I don't mind starting up with the built in /default templates for this purpose.

2. Where can I purchase the additional plugins/modules in the future?

3. What are the PHP version requirements on the webserver for this software to run smoothly?
