Moderators should be able to ban IP addresses* not only admins. It should also be possible to save comments against each IP address.

Today I stopped a simultaneous attack from 3 IP addresses. I can only imagine what would happen if I wasn't online 20 minutes after it started.

Also I looked for a way to prune messages by IP and time posted but couldn't find the option.
