Russian forum transfered to new server - encoding problem
 

Hello!
I transfer forum from http://www.forum.svetkidoma.net to another server http://svetka812.ipage.com/forum/
Something is wrong with encoding. If you open the second link http://svetka812.ipage.com/forum/ you will see only ???????????????????? . In phpMyAdmin of new forum DB in tables I can see all texts in Russian just fine. But not in forum site.
Can you help* please?
