[Subscriptions] Allow change of subscription type from showthread
 

At the moment when you are subscribed to a threat you only have the option to unsubscribe. If you want to change the subscription type (eg from Instant email notification to through control panel) you have to either go the UserCP and find the thread in the subscribed list* or unsubscribe from the showthread and subscribe again with the new setting. Suffice to say either way is too long an annoying when you are in the thread. Why not add the option to change the subscription type in the popup?

1. Click "Change subscription mode"
2. Redirected to subscription settings for that thread
