Lightbox not working
 

For some reason when my users attach pictures the light box feature does not work. If they url link a picture the lightbox works. I have checked the message attachments options in the admincp and View Attached Images Inline is set you yes and Use Image Lightbox is set to yes*click or hover. any help would be great.
