CMS "Featured Threads" on CMS
 

I have always wanted a "Featured Threads" feature in vBulletin where we could mark certain threads as featured and have them displayed at the top of the index or something* but I think now is the perfect time to implement this - to be displayed on the CMS.

I'm not sure if it would be best as a widget* or a block somewhere on the CMS* but this would be a great way to spread content across the platforms (CMS/Forums).
