vbulletin_global error being displayed
 

What could be causing this error:

I upgraded vBulletin yesterday and this error appears within certain profiles (and the tabs don't work in those profiles) and within the forumdisplay.

The templates in both of these locations are default.

I even went ahead and reuploaded the js file. It didn't help. Any ideas?
