VbSEO or only thread rewrite?

I was checking one of the popular forum in UK and found that in the thread there is some changes they have done* so that 'html' present in their thread. eg. - http://www.yourforum.com/showthread.html?t=4124&page=2. Can somebody tell me whether they are using VbSEO or only thread rewrite?
