Treatment & Expectations Of Staff - How Do You Like To Be Treated?
 

This has been on my mind lately watching how people directed anger towards staff here* flamed them* basically carried on like right twits.

If you are on this forum* then you should be a forum owner* more directly* you are an administrator and even staff on other forums. So I do not get why people go off at staff here* expect unrealistic things from staff* think that staff have all the magic answers to the problems. As administrators of your specific forum niche* you would get this from persons off your forum. If you sell anything on your forum* then this should resonate even more so with you* being of direct relevance that items are sold here.

Do you like to be treated as dirt from members of your forum? Do you believe it is right?

Thinking about this* why do people honestly come upon this forum and then do the exact thing that they themselves do not like?

When I come upon any forum* the first thing that hits me between the eyes is the realisation that someone is doing the exact thing as an owner / staff that I do on my forum... and I don't like being attacked by people I know or don't know. I keep this in mind when posting* to not attack staff and treat people the way I expect to be treated.

So* the big question... Do you believe you have a right to treat other forums staff less than you request to be treated yourself?
