IMPORTANT Permision Related Question
 

I've tried the demo ACP* and as far as I'm aware its the same for vB4. Basically* Usergroup permisions are modified almost every day* so this is important:

1) It seems newly created usergroups by default can view all forums* can someone confirm
2) If above is yes* can it be disabled?
3) Is there a 'never' override* so forum can be not viewed by members of a group even if they are in another which allows them to
