need help about server resources problem

That "566" is your memory latency on the server. You're lagging up the entire node. You will need to upgrade to VPSa6 which will take your price up from 40 to 75$ and we will require you pay that difference as soon as we preform this upgrade to continue service. Either that or you will need upgrade to a dedicated server which starts at 170$. Please let us know ASAP or we will be forced to suspend your VPS.

Disk Space: 45 GB
Premium Bandwidth: 450 GB
RAM: 768 MB

It's $40 a month

Now I'm really confuse about the email saying I'm using too much resources when my forum (vbulletin version 3.8.3) is only averaging 2k - 3k page views a day... and a new wordpress blog with almost no visitor at all because I haven't updated it for a month now
