Manage Attachments - too complex

maybe many people here won't share my point: I think the way to manage attachments is too complex!

I'm not a newbie to vB* but I took me a while to get the correct way to handle the thing. And already I can see all the mails I will get from users..."don't know how to attach an image"..."can you pls help me with the images"...etc. p.p.

Why so tricky? We may not forget that many websites will have a lot of users not really familiar with this. What is really needed is to keep everything as simple as possible. And the solution of the attachment management now is defintely not simple enough.

At least I guess an alternative is seriously needed: A simple way to get a file from the PC uploaded and attached - and for those* who like it tricky* the current method could run as "Advanced".

Would be nice if this could be revised.
