<div>Okay so I'm back and I need to fart again!

I want to use a custom theme for administrators only.

How would I enable this theme to be chosen and used my administrators only* and possibly change the "Allow User Selection" only be seen by administrators too; I don't want users to see the theme.

I want to create this a private theme for administrators only; is this possible? If so* please help mee.
