Is this possible with V4 Publishing Suite?
 

Hi*

First of all I need everything in dutch for my visitors*except the admin cp.
On the mainpage I'd like to have a kind of a Portal*recent posts*latest blog posts*latest pictures from a gallery(mod or plugin) from my own and from members*custom articles and boxes for ads.
I also would like to have a mod or feature to manage banners for my advertisers*also the possibility to check the clicks on advertising.
Chat possibility inside*members are able to chat with each other.
Create custom pages within the style where I can add links and articles with a tab in the menubar.
And enough choise to choose the right style for my site*also in dutch.
Custom buttons on the left side of the posts*for the subjects like entertainment*vacation etc etc.
Also a blog where I can update the members about the community*and members can create their own blog with articles and pictures.

For now this will be enough*I hope someone can tell me if this is all possible and about possibilities.
