Search Notification/Search when quoted AKA "Who quoted me"
 

I've seen a custom mod in a vBulletin website which by clicking on the link quote.php* shows all instances in which you have been quoted (paginated). Not sure how they implemented it as large posts databases could be a nightmare* but the modification is very effective in showing the lasts posts where you have been quoted.

That would be one way to implement it (and is quite effective)* It could also be done via usercp* or even have notifications such as the ones for private messages/friend requests etc.

I find the feature excellent to help keep track of conversations especially for very participative people who may or may not have tiem to check all the threads for possible responses* or when getting quoted in a thread you participated long ago whether it may be with a comment or a question.
