Will 4 suite upgrade easily from 3.8?
 

I have vbulletin 3.8 with custom buttons* background* and flash header.

I want to upgrade to 4 suite. Do I just buy it* and upgrade keeping my original forum design?

If not then I can't do the upgrade* as I am not a programmer :(
