Warning: session_start()
 

Im new to Linux and to phpWS am i have been reading all kinds of posts BEFORE i even ask this question...so its not that i havent looked im just stumped.
Just installed Ububntu 9.10
with Apache2* MySQL* PHP5* Webmin
i downloaded the tar file untared it ( unzipped ) put it in my var/www/phpwebsite_1_6_3
i had Ubuntu 7 on it and my cousin had helped me do the install a few years back i was just doing a new upgrade and had to start all over sooooo....there is a lil history.

on installing* am at this point now .....

i havent a clue what to do next. The link at the bottom begin installation doesnt work.
ANY help would be greatly Appreciated
