Last Activity not updating
 

This is not widespread* but is only happening to one or two users. Whats happening is* when he logs in its not updating his Last Activity. Its still showing as October 31st* yet he has logged in and posted many times since then. Any ideas where to start? I've have asked him to clear his browser cache and cookies.
