New forums not being displayed correctly
 

Hello* I have recently restored my database and everything is working fine except whenever I try to create a new forum it isn't being shown right. If I create a category under an already existing forum that works. I have tried restoring the template and even tried it on the default skin but the same problem persists.
I have attached an image of how it looks under a skin and how it looks under the default template.
