with VB4 can we have two CMS

Just bought VB4 and waiting for gold version to download it* meanwhile i wanna ask about the possibility of having two CMS * by customizing or configuring the site* for example if i want one English CMS and another language CMS can i have them both and i can choose which one is the default?
