Moderating user registrations
 

Hey guys!

cPanel > VBullletin Options > User Registration Settings > Moderate User Registrations

I enabled this option earlier* yet the same poster (that has a problem with me) managed to register two usernames at the site. My question is:

Is there an option that allows you to moderate user registrations - i.e. before they get access to the board* I have to approve them?? Basically* the new registrations are listed somewhere* and then I can manually approve them?
