Possible to create text appear automatically when creating a new thread?
 

I would like to create a certain text inside the text field to appear* when a team member creates a new news post to appear on the front page. This would only apply to those team members who have access to the "news posting" section that appears on the front page and only in there. Not have the text appear if they post in any other section.

Possible?
