Albums Tag user in photos?

Tagging users in pictures would help enhance users' personal experience. It's all about the personal experience* right. The more personalized a website is to you* the more you are inclined to use it.

A very nice feature available at Facebook and Myspace.

This would make a very nice default feature in 4.x that would help personalize user experience.
