Please open up the former Suggestions and Feedback forum
 

The former Suggestions and Feedback forum has recently been closed for new postings.

Are we suppose to rewrite all our old suggestions from the old feedback and suggestions forum and put them into the 4.0 suggestions forum to be seen? I'd like to know so I can get started on rewriting them asap* if that's the case.

Closing the former Suggestions and Feedback forum is yet another thing why I do not feel motivated anymore to put my free time and energy into constructing valuable suggestions. Most of the enormous amount of fanastic suggestions in the former forum were aimed at future versions of vB and now we can't follow up on those suggestions... we apparently have to PM a Moderator to move those threads?! The decision to close the old forum doesn't help to get this community to become more active/involved again* IMHO. In recent weeks I have seen the quality of customer feedback diminish and I am worried if we ever get that level of commitment/dedication back again.

One thing that could help is to open up the former forum. Because there are so many valuable/high quality suggestions and discussions in there that deserve follow-ups. Community members who are subscribed to those suggestions may feel triggered to come back and contribute to those existing suggestions again if they see there is put new life into it.

Now* I can't be bothered to repeat all those valuable suggestions again and I know a lot of people feel the same. They are already there!
