Administrators option to disable making marketig for other communication services (icq/msn...)
 

I'd like to have a "turn icq / msn / ... off" option in admincp. ICQ* MSN are networks that I do not want to market and I do not want my users to go to other communication services* instead I'd prefer if they would stay on my vbulletin site.
