Upgrade price on-line shows as $205 not $190
 

I'm trying to make a purchase of the 4.0 suite. I have an owned license (since the 2.x days) that expired in June 2009. My understanding is that the upgrade 4.0 suite price for inactive licenses is $190 for a few more hours.

However* when I go to checkout the discounted price is listed at $205. What do I need to do to get the promoted $190 price before time expires.
