Needs Experts ideas on this strange problem
 

Hello All*

I have a strange problem I can't send any PM to any member if he has some unreadable symbols

Example :
ทŁ ....etc

But if i open admincp and edit to any of this users profiles and save without any changes the PM's to this members works fine

So Is there any sql or any thing I can do to update all my members like the same SQL in admincp edit users


P.S : I have tried all the update counters and it's still didn't work
it's working only of i edit the member from admincp and click on save without any change
