How do you deal with members who make low quality posts?
 

I'd be interested to hear how other Admins deal deal with members who make low quality posts on your forums.

I'm not referring to members who spam for promotional purposes or are being deliberately malicious. I'm also not referring to members that I disagree with* because I enjoy having these on my forums* provided they post thought out content. Instead* I mean members who make quite a few low quality posts that don't add to the discussion on the community and that quality members could find annoying.
