Ok im so confused. Ive gone to the page that you buy/upgrade and im not sure what im ment to click on???

it says i can upgrade for only $130*so i click on the upgrade bit.BUT up top it has the suite thing and the forum thing do i have to add them??
Or just click the upgrade?
cause whats written below still applies yes?
